Kickboxing classes are not just about training the body, but also about building character and self-discipline. In an era of sedentary lifestyles, we need movement more than ever – physical effort that boosts endorphins and restores a sense of vitality.

The training is all-round – combining elements of athletics, coordination exercises, and kickboxing techniques. It strengthens the body while developing mental resilience, focus, and perseverance.

Guided by the principle “a healthy mind in a healthy body,” the training becomes a tool for balance – a few rounds on the punching bag can release tension, clear the mind, and recharge energy.

Meet the instructor

Cezary Byczkiewicz

Kickboxing Instructor | 23 Years of Experience

A missionary of the Christian Movement Mt28, serving as a pastor at “Zjednoczeni w Chrystusie” Church in Łódź. Husband to Ewa and father of two children. He is a graduate of the Theological Seminary in Warsaw, a lecturer at the Apostle Paul Missionary School, co-creator and instructor at the Bible Study Institute, and co-author of the blog Pisanezserca.pl.

A former professional MMA fighter, medalist of the Polish Kickboxing Cup, and holder of a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. For many years, he has trained in Krav Maga, the Israeli self-defense and hand-to-hand combat system. As a combat sports coach with extensive experience working with youth and adults, his passion goes beyond physical development – he nurtures spirituality, character, self-discipline, and mental resilience. He combines his spiritual calling with a commitment to developing the whole person – body, heart, and spirit.
